Job Summary
Process Engineer I role focused on optimizing sustainable battery production. Responsibilities include supporting quality issue investigations and corrective actions, assisting in data collection and basic analysis for process improvement and DOE activities, participating in routine tests/trials for materials, processes or equipment, reporting on OEE and PD/yield, documenting non-conformance issues and aiding in follow-up reports, supporting PFMEA/PFD/Control Plan preparation by gathering data, assisting in verification for 4M changes and NPI, monitoring equipment and providing basic troubleshooting guidance, maintaining and updating SOPs and checklists, and improving production processes by creating SOPs and training operators to ensure correct implementation. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 1+ years in manufacturing or technology, with knowledge of Six Sigma, DOE, and statistical tools, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
