Job Summary
Design, develop and analyze hydraulic products; generate prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstrations; perform engineering calculations; develop testing processes and validate new designs; collaborate with Sales for technical assistance; coordinate with Operations on Engineering Change Requests; act as engineering liaison across functions to ensure timely release of product changes; maintain JARP engineering standards and specifications; supervise Designers to meet customer, manufacturing and safety standards; conduct cost analyses; support customer relations and field assistance; participate in cross-functional lean initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist within one year of employment
