Job Summary
The Engineer I assists with maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment, appliances, building-related systems, and routine general maintenance under the Lead/Chief Engineer; performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety tasks, responds to after-hours calls, and collaborates with tenants to maintain professional relations while ensuring safety and durability of building systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible related experience in a commercial property, tenant management setting
- or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
