Job Summary
Maintain building systems and the building envelope to ensure guest safety and high product quality. Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, kitchen and laundry equipment), service hotel facilities (pool, grounds, furniture refurbishment), and assist in routine repairs. Inspect and repair systems, monitor energy usage for efficiency, comply with applicable codes and SOPs, and communicate progress clearly to supervisors and guests. This role requires climbing, standing, lifting 25–50 lbs, and operating various hand and power tools; it is a swing shift position with regular attendance expected.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational schooling
- military training
- certification and/or experience in building related trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry)
- hotel experience preferred
