Job Summary
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelope to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors; perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl); inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment; service the hotel's pool and maintain chemicals; refurbish and relocate furniture and fixtures; ensure compliance with codes and energy-efficiency goals; able to operate heavy machinery and lift 25–50 lbs; communicate progress and work with supervisors and coworkers; requires vocational schooling or certification in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Carpentry; strong physical and communication skills; willingness to follow instructions and adapt to hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required in 1 or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry
