Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair sophisticated analytical instruments including electron microscopes and chromatography systems to ensure peak performance. Represent the company by delivering technical service and building relationships with customers in critical research environments. Diagnose complex issues down to the component level using electronics and mechanical aptitude, while reading technical diagrams and schematics. Travel 50-75% of the time to GyeongGi-Do, Pyeongtaek, and require a valid driver's license. Work standard hours with availability for emergency service calls and flexible scheduling.

- Fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to obtain necessary credentials to access customer facilities

- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing sophisticated analytical instruments
- Fields of Study: Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical) or related scientific field
- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications
- Strong electronics and mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose issues down to component level
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and service management software
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics and documentation
- Additional language skills
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency service calls
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
