Engineer I - Field Service - CSM

Oversee all aspects of the Data Center's critical physical infrastructure, ensuring high-quality work following Change Management practices with zero-downtime impact on IT systems. Manage facilities operations, planning, repair and maintenance, and lead outsourced staff for 24x7 operations. Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to meet SLAs, supervise on-site resources, and escalate as needed. Prepare MIS reports, perform incident management and root cause analysis within prescribed timelines, implement SOPs including HSSE compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in the Data Center domain. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization in a fast-paced environment, and effective people management to develop and lead teams.
