Job Summary
Install, relocate, and upgrade ASM equipment at customer sites (Hwaseong, Korea); troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues; perform preventive and corrective maintenance per ASM protocols; collaborate with global technical support for escalations; provide user training; maintain compliance with cleanroom and safety procedures; maintain service documentation including install status and service reports; require ability to work independently, in a customer-site environment, and travel domestically and internationally; bachelor’s degree in Engineering and knowledge of vacuum systems, gas delivery, electromechanical schematics, and microprocessor-based control systems; fluent Korean and proficient English; ability to operate in cleanroom conditions and communicate effectively with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment
- Solid understanding of vacuum systems, gas delivery, electromechanical schematics, and microprocessor-based control systems
- Fluent in Korean; proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- No restrictions on overseas travel
