Engineer, I-C Maintenance

Plan and supervise the maintenance activities of a wide range of instrument and control systems in the plant and coordinate these activities with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning of the instrument and control systems. Provide support to operations and maintenance teams for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine surveillance, and start-up activities; liaise with Mechanical and Electrical sections to ensure seamless integration and compliance with the maintenance plan. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled shutdowns, and contribute to major maintenance planning and obsolescence considerations. Support development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in mechanical design and specifications to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices. Monitor material, spares, and tools inventory; assess workload and allocate manpower for preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance; evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality and standards.
