Engineer - Hydraulic Power Steering

Design, develop, validate, and release steering components for assigned programs while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with corporate, local, and worldwide customer requirements. Define failure modes and root causes using CAE, bench, and HIL tools to select optimal solutions for manufacturing and assembly processes. Evaluate engineering changes from the supplier base to prevent adverse effects on production lines. Incorporate parts at assembly plants and monitor warranties to drive design or process improvements that prevent warranty recurrence.
