Job Summary
Design mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems by creating 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials. Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting while diagnosing issues to propose improvement solutions. Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and tooling to optimize workstation layout and ensure product compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and maintain accurate engineering documentation. This role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 0–5 years of experience. Candidates must be willing to undergo professional training in China for 6–12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field
- 0–5 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge in at least one domain: hydraulic systems, mechanical design, electrical systems, or manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documents
- Familiar with CAD tools (2D/3D) for design and drafting (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
- Understanding of BOM preparation, assembly instructions, and basic engineering documentation
- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment, systems, or production issues
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive learning attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures and standards
- Ability to support installation, commissioning, testing, and technical improvement activities under guidance
- Willing to participate in cross-functional collaboration (engineering, production, after-sales support)
- Willing to undergo professional training in China for 6–12 months
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes is an advantage
