Job Summary
Coordinate HSE communications (reactive and proactive) across methods; update training materials and administer programmes; drive continuous improvement initiatives within HSE to optimize processes and performance; coordinate the company level HSE reward scheme; coordinate global HSE related surveys and actions; coordinate new IT tool proposals and developments for existing software; manage HSE process modelling within company tools; develop data reporting dashboards and perform trend analysis and deep data analysis on cause; deliver weekly/monthly reporting and data validation audits; coordinate global HSE responses to client/auditor requests; act as primary contact for stakeholders regarding HSE data and processes; perform HSE screening of suppliers in the Sourcing tool and maintain RACI matrix for HSE topics.
Required Qualifications
- Health and Safety or Environmental qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE or Project support function
- Proficiency in MS Excel / PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organisation, planning and team working skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Decision making, capable of identifying when to escalate
