Engineer (Hotel Maintenance)

Conduct room inspections, install or repair wall coverings, paint, and replace electrical fixtures. Troubleshoot kitchen equipment, repair furniture, and perform minor plumbing functions. Trace water lines, replace heating and cooling pumps, and maintain preventative maintenance records. Install televisions and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes while following Service Recovery Guidelines. Work as a bell attendant during peak periods and adhere to OSHA standards. Requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending. Schedule varies and may include holidays and weekends.
