Engineer

Project Engineer to join Holder Construction's Operations team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on on-site trade coordination and management, material design coordination, fabrication, delivery and installation, ongoing interaction with field supervision, and cost/design issue management (change orders, RFIs, document updates) to drive overall project success. Responsibilities include reading and understanding Construction Design Documents and Specifications, performing construction cost estimates and quantity surveys, overall trade management with exposure to BIM, and collaboration across stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience; strong communication, time management, and computer skills; willingness to relocate as needed.
