Job Summary
Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. Conduct regular inspections, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations, and keep accurate maintenance records. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond promptly to emergency situations. Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to Essex Hotel Management's driven, solution-focused culture and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including nights and weekends
