Job Summary
Monitor, sustain, and improve EUV equipment and processes while partnering with production and area engineers. Perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets with vendors, troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electronic, and software skills, and assist with equipment installs and engineering tests. Create and modify equipment procedures, increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving, and thoroughly document all maintenance activities. Work any shift and rotate as needed in Taichung or Tongluo. This role supports Micron's EUV lithography technology, enabling breakthroughs in virtual reality and neural networks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Demonstrated analytical problem solving and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Time-management, multitasking, and priority setting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- A high level of self-motivation
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
- Display of Micron behaviors
- Photolithography experience preferred
- EUV equipment experience preferred (option)
- Familiar with facility releated to support EUV installation preferred
