Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert for polymer, adhesives manufacturing, and energetics materials chemistry. Establish manufacturing lines, define facility needs, and conduct capacity planning and studies. Create process documentation, generate flow charts, and implement Lean manufacturing and 5-S programs. Perform root cause analysis for downtime, monitor Statistical Process Control, and establish safety requirements. Provide start-up support, initial training, and assist in troubleshooting equipment repairs and additive manufacturing design.
