Job Summary
Identify manual processes and replace them with automated digital workflows using AI, machine learning, and cloud computing. Design, test, and implement solutions to enhance productivity while developing dashboards and predictive models for failure prediction and demand forecasting. Integrate new technologies with legacy systems like WiLES, SAP, or SFCS, and execute digital transformation project roadmaps. Collaborate with senior managers to solve problems, clarify objectives, and develop business methods for accounting, logistics, and production schedules. Implement warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to improve merchandise flow decisions. Train staff on new systems, mentor teams to build technical capabilities, and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Working experience of 1 to 3 years as DT engineer/specialist
- Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python)
- Experience with automation platforms (PowerApps, RPA)
- Experience with cloud technology
- Must be fluent in English
