Job Summary
Support network planning, design, implementation, and performance optimization while maintaining infrastructure and resolving incidents. Design, implement, test, and manage system technologies including Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and middleware. Assess and incorporate ITIL standards into private and public managed cloud platforms. Operate cloud technologies and collaborate with product managers to design and deliver the cloud product roadmap. Rotate through Project Teams, Client Tribes, and Strategy Groups across Singapore, Shenzhen, and Melbourne. This graduate program offers comprehensive training, professional coaching, and access to multiple technical playgrounds to attain a Master of Technology with NUS-ISS.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Recent graduate or less than 2 years of relevant working experience
Desired Qualifications
- Keen interest in Networks, Systems, Automation, Cloud, ITIL and Digital Solutions
- Knowledge in IT Concepts (e.g. OSI/ITIL/ITSM)
- Programming algorithm & coding (e.g. SQL/PHP/Python/Ruby)
- Operating System (e.g. Linux/Microsoft/Cisco)
