Job Summary
The Engineer - Delivery Excellence will lead process and quality assurance efforts, collaborating with the Project Owner and Delivery team to develop project-specific processes. Responsibilities include analyzing customer satisfaction, conducting project reviews, defining project metrics, and ensuring adherence to quality management systems. The position requires proactive engagement in operational reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs, necessitating a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA, alongside experience in quality assurance and software development lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline) or MCA
- 2-3 years of overall experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Awareness on Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Energy & Utilities Domain
- Knowledge on SDLC (Waterfal, Iterative, Agile etc.)
- Knowledge on Quality Assurance, Control and Improvement activities
- Good communication skills (Oral & Written)
- Ability to manage a team and interact with PO/PM
- Proficient use of ALM tools like Version One, TFS, MS office tools like MS Excel
