Job Summary
Maintain building, grounds, and mechanical equipment for a Residence Inn hotel, focusing on safety, security, and guest comfort. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across HVAC, doors/locks, guestrooms, laundry and kitchen equipment, and public areas; follow preventive maintenance schedules; respond to guest requests; assist engineering team members; ensure cleanliness and proper storage of tools and chemicals; communicate clearly and professionally; utilize basic technology including a smartphone and computer.
