Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance work to ensure hotel quality standards are achieved, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment repairs. Service the hotel's pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters, while maintaining the building exterior through snow removal, lawn care, and painting. Refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures, and respond courteously to guest questions and requests. Comply with attendance rules and work in extreme temperatures while operating heavy machinery.
