Job Summary
Execute assigned civil and structural engineering work within schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements for large-scale energy and industrial projects. Prepare and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings, and other engineering documents in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Cooperate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated and optimized design solutions while reviewing vendor documents and resolving technical site queries. Participate in site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Must already be legally eligible to work in Poland
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in civil and structural design within the industrial, oil & gas, or petrochemical sectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, Autodesk Robot, Tekla, Smart Plant Review, or Navisworks
- Very good written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of 3D model tools like smartplant 3D / Aveva 3D is added advantage
