Engineer

Perform day-to-day general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Execute repairs and maintenance related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems as directed. Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff while conducting preventive maintenance on guest room equipment and systems. Identify and report major maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to leadership and utilize maintenance tracking systems to document work performed. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including OSHA standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures, while operating cleaning equipment safely. Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously, communicating effectively regarding repair status and expected completion times to ensure guest satisfaction. Work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
