Engineer - Building Structures

Engineer, Building Structures at WSP in London. Full-time role joining the expanding Building Structures team, responsible for the technical design at all RIBA stages. You will develop innovative and sustainable designs for a range of UK and international projects (high-rise, stadia/arenas, urban regeneration, healthcare, commercial & mixed use, data centres), participate in tender bids and business development, and resolve technical issues. The role involves leading the design process, mentoring teammates, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of technical work, and providing specialist advice on sustainable design, net zero carbon, MMC & DfMA. Qrequirements include a degree or HNC/HND and solid experience with structural design software (ETABS, RAM Structural System, Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds) and BIM tools (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper).
