Engineer - Building Civils, Data Centers

Job Summary
Engineer role to perform detailed civil designs (bulk earthworks, water reticulation, pavement design, stormwater, sewerage, road geometry and cable ducts) with Civil 3D and Revit modeling, sizing of civil equipment (pumps, interceptors, tanks), and responsible design/drawings delivery. Collaborate in a project team, attend planning/design/site meetings, and independently manage low-complexity projects. Ensure safety and integrity in documentation, comply with engineering standards and QA procedures, and assist with bids/proposals. Requires a B.Eng./BScEng degree, minimum 4 years post-qualification experience, proficiency in Civil 3D/EPANET/SWMM, with Revit MEP/structure knowledge advantageous; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; willingness to work within a hybrid office model.
Required Qualifications
- B.Eng. / BScEng Degree
- Minimum 4 years’ post qualification experience
- Solid knowledge of Civil 3D, EPANET and SWMM
- Revit MEP and structure knowledge advantageous
- Experience in design of building services (water supply, sewerage, stormwater, ducting, road layer works, pavements & bulk earthworks)
- Some leadership experience on small design projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
