Job Summary
Engineer role in a global pharmaceutical company focused on maintaining and improving GMP-compliant equipment and processes. Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance plans, writing SOPs and GMP documentation, monitoring machine performance, managing spare parts procurement, overseeing external vendors, conducting training, supporting LEAN-driven process improvements, and participating in qualification activities and technical change documentation. Requires a university degree in Mechanical, Technical Sciences, or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, English proficiency, and proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD; GMP knowledge is advantageous. Located in Serbia with Belgrade-based and additional Serbia location options; on-site roles expected.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (Level VII) in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of MS Office and ACAD
- GMP regulations knowledge would be considered an advantage
