Job Summary
Develop and maintain process control automation solutions using Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Lead technical root cause analysis, incident investigations, and solve process control issues within plant operations. Support functional area projects to integrate new drug product manufacturing technologies into clinical and commercial facilities. Provide continuous improvement initiatives for safety, reliability, efficiency, and environmental sustainability while maintaining data integrity assessments. Participate in a 24x7 onsite/on-call rotation, perform troubleshooting support to manufacturing operations, and manage automation system spare parts. Own and close deviations and CAPAs within agreed timelines, drive true root cause investigations by interfacing with equipment vendors, and improve automation design for ATO Drug Product Plant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Programming in Python
- Familiarity with PLCs
- Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
