Job Summary
Architectural-engineering professional with 7+ years of experience leading architectural and engineering design for large-scale urban master plan and high-rise development projects. Responsibilities include leading architectural and engineering calculations for design development and technical feasibility, preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and data tables compliant with project standards and building codes, coordinating multidisciplinary design activities (structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines), maintaining liaison with design and project-management teams, executing advanced technical assignments within schedule and budget, contributing innovative design solutions balancing functionality, aesthetics and cost, developing comprehensive project documentation, mentoring design personnel, participating in design reviews to elevate project quality, and managing tasks with organized records. Proficiency in BIM and design coordination, and experience with AutoCAD/Revit are required. Preferred qualifications include regional building standards knowledge and professional certifications; on-boarding includes in-person Day 1 onboarding at a company office location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural or engineering design within consulting, construction, or related industries
- Experience with large-scale urban master plan projects with high-rise components
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing architectural drawings, specifications, and comprehensive technical documentation
- Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams and ability to manage technical tasks within schedules and budgets
- Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated design processes
- Strong knowledge of design coordination, codes, regulations, and industry standards for high-rise and urban development projects
- Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
