Job Summary
Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, and HVAC systems, and executing trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, report emergency status to the Front Desk, and monitor energy conservation. Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Valid driver's license required for shuttle van duties when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc.)
- Preferentemente conocimiento básico y experiencia en carpintería plomería reparación mecánica pintura y sistemas de aire acondicionado y calefacción (HVAC)
