Job Summary
Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms, ice machines, refrigerators, laundry equipment, and HVAC systems. Execute trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor furniture repair. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, report emergency status to the Front Desk, and monitor energy conservation. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and preferred trade licenses for plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
