Job Summary
Design and analyze aerodynamics shapes for next-generation aircraft using CFD, wind tunnel, and flight testing data to validate numerical results. Develop and maintain technologies, methods, and skills to ensure aerodynamics specifications are met across R&T, preliminary, detailed, and in-service design stages. Apply external aerodynamics expertise in low speed and transonic regimes alongside CAD tools and basic programming for complex problem solving. Requires a Master's or PhD in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of experience, including international travel. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong background in external aerodynamics (low speed and transonic)
- Strong background in CFD tool chain with focus on external aerodynamics
- Design experience with CAD tools (CATIA)
- Basic programming skills (Python / Matlab)
- Willingness to travel internationally for longer duration
