Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions leveraging ITSM, TSOM, and CMDB to streamline operational workflows and support intelligent automation. Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and telecom order management systems using APIs and middleware, while driving DevSecOps adoption and CI/CD security automation. Mentor development teams on Flow Designer and Script Includes, oversee data migration activities, and present architectural choices to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver large programs prioritized within Comcast Business, ensuring the ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and resilient. Requires 7+ years in IT service management and 3+ years in ServiceNow development; must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area
- 7+ years of experience in IT service management
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with Flow Designer
- Experience with Script Includes
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with ITSM
- Experience with TSOM
- Experience with CMDB
- Experience with COM
- Experience with TNI
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
- 2+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience
- Functional skills in enterprise OSS/BSS systems
- Technical skills in enterprise OSS/BSS systems
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work variable schedule(s)
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
