Job Summary
Provide solutions to moderate technical problems by evaluating and applying standard engineering techniques. Troubleshoot operational issues in manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects environments while characterizing process optimization strategies. Design and implement system modifications, experiments, and capital projects under supervision, organizing and presenting interpretation of results. Audit operational performance and regulatory compliance of complex equipment systems. Collaborate with research, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to develop recommendations for system changes. Generate rudimentary project cost estimates and schedules for design, engineering, and construction projects. Work full-time on-site in Juncos, PR, with administrative shifts and potential weekends or overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2 years of Engineering experience
