Job Summary
Cyber Security Engineer role on Live Nation’s Security Platform and Tooling team, focused on building and maintaining internal security tooling, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and scalable data streaming pipelines across cloud environments. Collaborates across stakeholders to implement security-by-design solutions and strengthen Live Nation’s security posture while enabling reliable, secure delivery of services for the company and its subsidiaries.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and EDR solutions (event identification and routing)
- Previous experience with vulnerability management solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance capabilities, costs, and security
- Working knowledge of metrics and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, InfluxDB)
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Helm, Terraform, Ansible) – preferred
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS) – preferred
- Strong programming experience in one or more languages/frameworks (Python, Java, JavaScript/NodeJS/React, or Go) – preferred
- Experience with secure cloud design and platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) – preferred
- Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS) – nice to have
- Familiarity with designing and supporting data lakes (AWS Security Lake, Databricks) – nice to have
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (e.g., GCIA, GCIH) or vendor-specific credentials – highly valued but not required
