Job Summary
Engineer responsible for the mechanical system design on a design/build basis; calculate heat loss/heat gain for buildings; layout mechanical systems using AutoCAD and/or REVIT; field verify site conditions as required; coordinate system design with other trades; attend jobsite meetings; identify and resolve issues; maintain and develop customer relationships; requires ABET-accredited mechanical engineering degree, HVAC knowledge, AutoCAD/ REVIT experience, and strong communication skills. Base salary listed as $65k-$75k with potential discretionary bonuses; immigration sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
