Job Summary
Maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in a hotel; conducts routine inspections, fixes leaks and faulty components, troubleshoots equipment, ensures all building systems operate safely; responds to emergencies (power outages, water leaks, fire alarms) and coordinates with other departments and emergency services; handles guest maintenance requests and maintains professional interactions; adheres to safety protocols, stays updated on best practices; collaborates with housekeeping and front desk to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in engineering or a related field is preferred.
