Job Summary
Translate requirements into functional software and develop full-stack solutions across the SDLC, including frontend, backend, and UI/UX components. Create and execute unit tests, analyze code for defects, and remediate errors while enforcing code standards. Provide technical on-call escalation and guidance, respond to incident inquiries, and lead code reviews to maintain software integrity. Mentor Associate Software Engineers and Engineer 1s, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions, and optimize system performance for scalability. Strategize UI/UX enhancements based on user feedback and drive initiatives such as AWS migration. Work autonomously with proficiency in multiple programming languages to build and maintain applications within the financial services domain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 5+ years of work experience in related field
- Software Development Life Cycle across Full Stack
- Frontend and Backend Development
- UI / UX engineering
- Proficient in at least two programming languages
- Develop or maintain at least three applications
- Work autonomously
- Demonstrate appreciable business knowledge within the general financial services and marketing domains
- Ability to drive projects within the team initiatives such as GitHub, Copilot or AWS Migration
- On-call rotation to include evenings or weekends
