Engineer 1

Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues. Monitor and operate building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and elevators while executing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. Respond quickly to service requests and assist in emergencies like power outages or water leaks. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in work areas and support special projects or renovations as directed. This hands-on Engineer I role requires previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance and the ability to read technical manuals. You must be comfortable working varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours, with physical demands involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
