Job Summary

Prepare technical engineering evaluations, support equipment inspections, and assist in reviewing new technologies to improve customer service. Maintain records on engineering procedures and preventative maintenance, while investigating and evaluating designs for technical correctness and cost-effectiveness. Support the document lifecycle, provide operational support to improve reliability, and assist with root cause analysis to troubleshoot problems. Observe safety policies during task execution and ensure adherence to safety standards. Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every four to six weeks to support emergency response and business continuity efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in a scientific/technical/math field
  • Experience performing engineering work in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments
  • Possess a valid Class C Driver's License
  • Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California

Desired Qualifications

  • FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) / EIT (Engineering in Training) designation
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience using data analysis and automation tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake
  • Basic programming or scripting experience in Python, SQL, VBA, or similar technologies
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data visualizations to support business decision-making using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
