Engine Workshop Technician - Level III

Lead complex engine diagnostics and repairs independently across Cummins products in both workshop and customer site settings. Coach and mentor junior technicians by reviewing repair plans to build team capability. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions using tools like Guidanz and ANVL while ensuring compliance with all HSE policies. Support cross-functional initiatives through local CIT projects and collaborate with other departments. Maintain service excellence by adhering to Standard Repair Times and service documentation protocols. Champion continuous improvement by identifying technical issues and contributing to knowledge databases. Promote operational efficiency by maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring tools are in proper working order.
