Job Summary
Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units sold at Blain's Farm & Fleet stores. Assist customers with loading, part location, and repair inquiries while documenting work orders and tracking units in the shop. Manage warranty claims, file them timely, and contact customers regarding completion dates. Attend training seminars and maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. Requires prior small engine or automotive maintenance experience and customer service background. Schedule includes evenings and rotating weekends; full-time associates earn premium pay for Saturday and Sunday work.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Prior customer service experience
