Engine Technician (m/f/d)

Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, and mechanical units including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, and UTVs. Assist customers by loading products, locating parts, and answering questions regarding repairs. Document all work on orders, track units in the shop, and file warranty claims. Contact customers to confirm completion dates and attend required training seminars. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. This role requires working evenings and every other weekend, with a minimum age of 18. Prior small engine or automotive maintenance and customer service experience are preferred.
