Job Summary
Engine Technician (m/f/d) responsible for diagnosing and repairing various outdoor small engine products such as chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs and ATVs; provide excellent customer service; load/unload products, locate parts, answer questions regarding repairs; document repairs on work orders, track units, process warranty claims; attend training classes, comply with safety and loss prevention policies; standing requirement to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Prior small engine and/or automotive maintenance experience
- Be able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Prior customer service experience
