Job Summary
Diagnoses and completes less complex engine repairs at the customer site. Engages customers professionally, forecasts and coordinates parts/tools, performs preventative maintenance per schedules, escalates issues to more experienced Field Service Technicians or Supervisor, completes service documentation (worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents), identifies additional service opportunities, maintains the service vehicle and tools, and ensures adherence to Health Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. Includes training to align with skill and business requirements and focuses on customer service, diagnostics using specialized tools, and field service execution.
