Job Summary
Plan and monitor occupational safety and health programs across construction sites, managing risk identification, evaluation, and control in compliance with Brazilian regulatory norms. Conduct technical inspections, audits, and oversight of contracted companies while investigating accidents and incidents to drive corrective and preventive actions. Advise leadership on implementing safety practices and promote a prevention culture, while tracking key performance indicators to ensure legal and contractual requirements are met. Requires a degree in Civil, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering plus specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Superior em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou Engenharia Elétrica
- Especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho
- Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis à construção civil
