Conduct pre-launch engineering by evaluating site mass studies, surveying terrain costs for earthworks and foundations, and sequencing production lines to optimize launch strategies. Prepare visual cost materials for land committees and interface with external technical consultancies to ensure project premisses are met. Review post-committee reports on surveys and hydrology to update construction costs and validate business viability. Track legal and complementary project developments to reduce costs and increase margins, while updating final budgets for official work orders. Ensure all technical and cost information is properly handed over to Production, Planning, and Control teams to secure final occupancy permits.
