Job Summary
Build and manage generative AI agents in production, including multi-agent architectures, tool calling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Develop machine learning models for predictive modeling from feature engineering to production monitoring. Structure and evolve data lakehouse pipelines to feed models and agents, while implementing systematic GenAI evaluation for quality and cost metrics. Transform complex health sector business problems into robust, observable, and sustainable AI solutions with strict adherence to privacy and LGPD. Leverage Python, agent orchestration frameworks, and cloud infrastructure (GCP) to deliver end-to-end ownership of AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- Sólida experiência na construção e evolução de soluções de inteligência artificial em ambientes produtivos
- Experiência com Python em ambiente de produção
- Experiência comprovada com IA generativa em produção (não apenas POCs): construção, deploy e gerenciamento de agentes com LLMs via API
- Domínio de frameworks de orquestração de agentes (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI ou equivalentes)
- Experiência em ML aplicado: modelagem preditiva, validação, tuning e deploy
- Vivência com data lakehouse (Delta Lake, Iceberg ou similar) e processamento de dados em escala
- Experiência com cloud — preferência por GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GCS)
Desired Qualifications
- Vivência no setor de saúde (dados clínicos, faturamento hospitalar, interoperabilidade)
- Orquestração de workflows (Airflow, Kestra, Dagster ou similar)
- MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG em produção e observabilidade de LLMs
- Integração de agentes em canais conversacionais (ex.: WhatsApp Business API)
- Preferência por pipelines determinísticos onde fazem sentido
