Engenheiro Civil - foco em Medição (Rio Grande da Serra-SP)

Lead planning, programming, and executive budgeting for construction projects by analyzing designs, required resources, and execution requirements. Validate monthly measurements against client agreements, control physical and financial quantities, and ensure adherence to contracts and technical specifications. Conduct field surveys to verify executed quantities, support contract addendums and re-balances, and track physical progress to issue management reports. Analyze variances between planned and actual performance to propose corrective actions while interfacing with Production, Planning, Cost, and Inspection teams. Manage technical documentation supporting project billing and optimize costs, quality, and productivity. Requires full Civil Engineering degree, availability for travel or relocation, and experience in sanitation projects is desirable.
