Job Summary
Engagement Support Specialist to coordinate and manage scoping, quoting, contracting, and execution of client and partner engagements in cybersecurity. Serve as primary liaison between clients, partners, and technical delivery teams; translate client needs into actionable service scopes; support pre-engagement activities and effort estimation; contribute to creation of Statements of Work; ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution; provide after-hours support on a rotational basis; role emphasizes strong business communication, client-facing engagement coordination, and understanding of CYPFER’s cybersecurity services, incident response, or digital forensics during engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business communication skills
- Proven experience in engagement coordination, contracting, or client-facing roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking under time-sensitive conditions
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Comfort in customer-facing situations with strong written/verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services, digital investigations, and compliance frameworks (preferred)
